The Second Taxing District is delighted with the continued success of the South Norwalk Library Branch reconstruction project.

The District, as owner of the library building since 1913, and after having leased the facility to the City of Norwalk in 1975, is pleased to be involved in a project so vital to the South Norwalk Community.

The partnership between the City of Norwalk and the Second Taxing District to bring this project to fruition is the result of many years of negotiations and considerable financial sacrifice on the part of both the City and the District.

The District continues to urge everyone in the community to support this beautiful reconstruction project and to help in any way possible to improve library services in the South Norwalk Community.
